Hi! Thanks for your comment on my blog. To answer your question, nope mr flats is pure cooking genius and never cooks with a recipe! All natural talent i'm afraid. Me on the other hand, lets not go there!
ReplyDeleteIt was quite simple, he poached some chicken in a stock with onions, peppercorns bay leaves etc. He used rocket, avocado, toasted pistachios, chickpeas he'd cooked with some cumin seeds as well as a little sliced spanish onion. The dressing was just a little balsamic vinegar with olive oil and lemon juice. Very simple and really delicious to whip up, you should give it a go!

So fond of red jeans. My pair are lovely, but i am generally too shy to wear them. Perhaps I haven't worked out how to style them yet...i gotta try harder!
